<image:caption>In a healing and meditation session, Naren helps induce a calming, relaxed meditative state in you that helps better align your physical and spiritual energies. She cleanses you spiritually through smudging and various shamanic rituals that keep evil spirits at bay and that help energize yourself and that enhance your ability to heal yourself. You will leave the session feeling relaxed yet energized, and may even have discovered some insights about yourself in the process.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Naren is a National Guild of Hypnotists-certified hypnotist, and has helped many clients with hypnosis. Hypnosis puts you in a deeply relaxed state, one in which you are still fully aware of your surroundings yet open to suggestions that you can use long after the hypnosis session. Hypnosis has been used for years to help people with everything from quitting smoking, dieting, decreasing anxiety, removing phobias or fears, and building self-confidence, among other things, and has proven itself as an effective treatment.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Healing Sessions - Soul Cleansing and Retrieval</image:title>
<image:caption>In Mongolian shamanism, it is widely known that our souls can sometimes depart from our bodies when we experience sudden shocks or have troubling experiences. In such cases, soul retrieval is necessary, and soul cleansing must take place in order to banish the negative souls that may have attached themselves to us to fill up the empty space. If you face addiction issues or other behaviors that you cannot control, it may be because of an evil spirit that feeds off your behavior and that must be banished.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Healing Sessions - Spirit-Guided Consultation</image:title>
<image:caption>Often current illnesses, feelings of malaise or depression are caused by negative experiences that planted their seeds in your psyche long ago and are only now bearing their bitter fruit. Naren’s spirit-guides give her insights as to past traumas you may have suffered that are the root causes of problems you are experiencing now. She is able to work through the spirit-guides to offer you solutions, and, perhaps as importantly, letting you recognize the underlying causes, not only the symptoms.</image:caption>

<image:title>About Tengrism - Tengrism is not simply an ancient religion</image:title>
<image:caption>Shamanism in one form or another is found throughout the world, and is widely recognized as being our most ancient form of spiritual practice. Mongolian shamanism, known also as Tengrism, is an animistic spiritual practice that honors a multitude of Nature spirits and our ancestor spirits, who we believe guide us and watch over us, even when we are not aware of them. In fact, one of the benefits of practicing Tengrism is that it helps attune us to the ways that our ancestor spirits try to communicate with us, allowing us to tap into their wisdom from another realm and to grow spiritually. The practices in Tengrism are easy to learn and follow, and help us focus our natural spiritual energies in productive ways even as it helps us realize our interconnectedness to Nature. We are able to draw from the energy and protection of a variety of Nature and ancestor spirits to better ourselves and lead happier, more fulfilling lives. <image:caption>Byambadorj is the most widely esteemed shaman in Mongolia, keeping shamanic traditions alive during the Communist era and playing a key role in reviving Mongolian shamanism when the country became democratic. He is a mentor and spiritual adviser for the Tolin Center, and in his first visit to the US in fall 2019 helped dozens of participants at various workshops learn about and connect with shamanism, as well as offering healing and divination sessions. He is the author of many books on shamanism, with one book, Reflections of a Mongolian Shaman, being translated into English.</image:caption>
